Perfect reconstruction of muscle strength

Because muscles of different sizes are required for our various activities, we must have an alternative system.

There are actually three factors that affect the strength of muscle contraction.

They are: the frequency of nerve impulses; the number of motor units activated and the synchronization of nerve impulses.

The fine contraction of muscle tension is controlled by changes in the frequency of nerve impulses to muscle fibers. When the frequency of nerve impulses increases, the force of muscle contraction increases. When the frequency of nerve impulses vibrates, the force of muscle contraction decreases.

  The total change in muscle tone depends on how many motor units are activated by the central nerve.

The more units that are activated to participate, the less muscle contraction power; otherwise, the muscle contraction power is smaller.

Under normal circumstances, different sports units act independently.

However, when the maximum strength is required, several nerve impulses will arrive simultaneously, allowing the muscle fibers to contract uniformly to produce the greatest muscle tension.
